I came to Lexus of Englewood because I was stopped in front of it while waiting for a red light. When I walked in, I saw Roy Morris sitting at his desk and he introduced himself and the conversation bega front of it while waiting for a red light. On Friday my husband and I stopped by the Lexus dealership in Englewood, NJ. We were "just looking" and wanted to test drive the Lexus CT200h. We were directed to Mrs. Andrea Gizzo who took some dealership in Englewood, NJ. We were "just looking" and wanted to test drive the Lexus CT200h. We were directed to Mrs. Andrea Gizzo who took some basic information from us and within a short time we were in the car for a test drive. Andrea was a pleasure to work with. She was especially patient with me since I wasn't sure about this car. Despite the fact that it was past office hours on a Friday she took us for a 2nd spin in the car during which Andrea familiarized us with all the special features. I was then completely satisfied. Andrea was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our many questions in a professional way. On Monday the car was ready and after spending a few minutes with Lorraine settling up and going over some of the "add ons" we were passed to Marco who gave us a mini tech course on the operation of the computer and again made us aware of all of the car's inside and outside features.
