Last month I was unfortunately displaced and my Lexus totaled by Hurricane Sandy. He was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction. In addition Dave Vallejo also took his time to go over the vehicle's navigation and specs I was not familiar with beyond the dealership close hours.
