We went to many high end dealers and found Bob, at Lexus, to be the most open and helpful. He really took time to explain the car and all of its options. I especially appreciated that Bob spoke directly to me, even when I was with my husband. Many dealers ignore a woman and look at and speak to the man. Since I was purchasing the car, the attention was appropriate and noticed by both my husband and me. When the car arrived, Bob spent a great deal of time with us familiarizing us with how to operate the car. I left feeling excited and comfortable knowing that I could use the many electronic extras that my car has. Several dealers called us with prices and information. Bob Pellecchia was the salesperson who called from Lexus of Englewood. He was extremely helpful and very forthcoming when we spoke. We made an appointment for a test drive. My wife loved the vehicle and we immediately entered negotiations for the purchase. Bob made the process as pleasant and painless as possible. I returned to Lexus of Englewood and my same sales person as my previous experience with both were valued by me in the past. He was able to help me come to a better decision with additional input about the cars I had chosen. Once I went in my sales person was considerate of my time and his and tried to expedite the transaction as smoothly and timely as possible. He also was prepared with the car I was interested in for a test drive and explanation of most of the functions on the new model Lexus. I am a visual person and would retain more if I were able to try all the systems myself with his help rather than him doing the function with me looking on. We all have e different ways to learn.
