I'll start with my most recent experience. After returning my leased car to this dealership I starting receiving E-Z Pass violation notices for $50. The car photo in the violation was my returned c returning my leased car to this dealership I starting receiving E-Z Pass violation notices for $50. The car photo in the violation was my returned car with new plates. After several phone calls to their used car department I was told to go to DMV and try to fixed it. The police verified the car was purchased by someone else. According to the NJ DMV: Transfer of ownership for a used cars is the responsibility of the dealership. As of now, this is still not resolved. In my prior experience returning a leased car with them, I was sued because the car was registered in my wife's name (her car) and the lease was in my name. They could not figure out the car was returned to them and they repossessed it from themselves. This caused $1,800.00 in my legal fees (never reimbursed). After a year dealing with collection agencies and credit issues, I did win. I see all the 5 star ratings, but I would go elsewhere. More
