DARCARS Lexus of Englewood

I arrived to be told that I had to go to a different address 2 blocks away in another building... Already started off annoyed - WHY wasn't this mentioned before I arrived - I was NOT a walk in off the street !!! Not only were the pictures of the vehicle so misleading online, but even with a set appointment - keys were not around and had to be looked for - over a half hour of waiting for keys to even be located... the car I initially came to see was so dinged up and looked terrible - NONE of which is disclosed on the website... Like a BAIT & SWITCH type of feeling!! I was going to purchase a different model that i saw on their lot, but then having to wait almost an hour for these people to try and get a Manager to come over from the other location I was initially at to handle the Finance portion - it was TOO MUCH and I walked out - NOW I am getting the run around to try to get my deposit back. I feel bad for the salesman at Darcar in Englewood as he lost the sale due to the lack of support provided to him at the location and the sheer chaos in this place. The whole place has a real trashy vibe!! BTW - I AM a fan of heavy metal music, but even I think Metallica playing is inappropriate for this type of experience. More
