The cars at Lexus are great and so affordable! I was going to lease one but the sales member who's name is Nayem Hossain was one of the rudest people I've ever met. This man is in the wrong business. A manager, Ayman, tried to help me, but after such an awful experience I decided not to waste any more time. Decided to take my business to Jauguar in Englewood instead. Management should really look into how this sales person treats their customers because they're ultimately losing business. More

This is my second purchase of a Lexus from DARCARS Lexus of Englewood and was completely satisfied. My Sales Representative Jin Ha made a anxiety filled process go as smooth as silk. Mr. Ha explained all as of Englewood and was completely satisfied. My Sales Representative Jin Ha made a anxiety filled process go as smooth as silk. Mr. Ha explained all aspects of "straight up purchase" vs Leasing which allowed to make a decision without hesitation. I had no idea that I was leaving my trade-in and driving away in my brand new Lexus within the same afternoon. Mr.Ha had all bases covered from vehicle prep to explanations by his staff on working the new upgraded accessories. Also kudos to Lexus Manager Marcos (Eagle-Fan Mark) for constantly monitoring my progress until I was out he door and on my way. Great experience!! More
