Purchasing my es350. It was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car, and I'm 61 years old. So you know I've been around the block. The sales representative, It was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car, and I'm 61 years old. So you know I've been around the block. The sales representative, Rafael Gomez, was very knowledgeable about Lexus' and very patient with me. I can be a pain at times but he hung in there with me. Now this was not the first Lexus dealership I visited, nor was it the last. But they had the es350 I wanted and Rafael was a true professional and has a very likeable manner that made me very comfortable to be open with my concerns. Such as price and my availability of the funds I needed to get together to finalize this purchase. My money didn't get to me as quickly as i wanted and i put a deposit on the car. It took me a little more than a week but Rafael held the car for me. And that i was truly grateful. Rafael the best. I will recommend.your dealership to all I know. More
