Careless and useless management Regret so much getting two cars from this place. almost THREE months later they finally paid off one of my two trade ins after being reported late 2 m Regret so much getting two cars from this place. almost THREE months later they finally paid off one of my two trade ins after being reported late 2 months on my credit bureau, 2nd trade is still not paid off. Then one of the employees writes up a letter and sends me to forward to credit bureaus and the banks, they all returned to be and I was laughed at over the phone. Bunch of unprofessional actors. I asked the GM Chris Vassallo to call me, left him vmail, emails and I was also told he will but NEVER once has he even tried to. Well I don't wonder why anymore because he already has a reputation of poor management, leadership and customer service. I found so many sources of his bad reputation even from people from his present company how he only sucks up to the owners and not even stay around the stores to manage. Now I have credit scores keep going down with high auto loan and late payments, they also sent wrong pay off amounts so I had to make additional payments and legal fees I just spent... this is just too much for buying cars from them. NEVER AGAIN More

He answered all of our questions, and offered to show us a variety of different models. He didn’t try to push a certain car on us, instead he showed us our options and worked to find something that would be perfect for us. Once we found the car we loved, Marcus and the staff at Lexus efficiently worked out a very good deal, and we were able to leave the lot with a brand new vehicle.
