Had bad experiences with their CPO lot, and their new Leases Overpriced and be careful on lease turn in. They will tell you that random items (rotors, etc) are "under spec" and you need to replace them or you w Overpriced and be careful on lease turn in. They will tell you that random items (rotors, etc) are "under spec" and you need to replace them or you will be charged at lease turn-in. Talk to their actual inspectors from AUTOVIN and you will find out that's not the case. Never fix anything without getting a free pre-inspection first. I made the mistake of listening to LexusofEnglewoodServiceDept and getting everything fixed, and will never again lease from Lexus. Also, Lexus financial and Lexus Corporate and Lexus of Englewood are all different entities. Lexus of Englewood screws up? You have nothing you can do. I called Lexus Corporate and Lexus Financial and they just try to pawn you off to each other and transfer calls back and forth. They place responsibility on the other, and nothing gets done. So you are getting involved with 3 entities, all which do not take responsibility for each other, and so you are left with no recourse. If you're leasing a car, why go Lexus? Their reliability isn't a bonus when you lease, since you're only keeping for 3 years. I'm going to go with a German car on my next lease. Forget Lexus. Add-on: Followup review from 3 years ago. I initially bought a used CPO vehicle years ago and had to include it here because it was such an annoying experience. So I purchased a 2012 CPO IS sedan from these guys and after I dropped off the check , I received a call a day later saying everything is good, come pick up the car. I asked them if it was okay to wait until the morning after as I was on a trip at that point. This was asking for literally 18 hours to pick up the vehicle the following morning. For a car that I just purchased from them and paid up front. They said no. They couldn't be bothered to hold the car for 18 more hours for me. So we had to cut out trip short and come pick up the car. So moral of the story is. There were problems then, and still problems now. Not a dealership I will go to again. I let them fool me twice. Hope you guys learn from my mistakes. Pros: Salesman. Not sure if he works there anymore, but Eric is a great guy and loved working with him. Followed him over from Acura. Unfortunately will not be sticking with him after these experiences. Cons: Pretty bad Service department. (Told me to replace things I didn't need to, Told me wrong closing times for pickup). No recourse for mistakes made by dealership. Lexus corporate and financial will not do a thing to help you. They just transfer you back and forth. I've asked Lexus 35 times to change my phone number (they had it wrong in their system) and they never updated it. *this is the excuse they used for not following up with me. They had wrong phone number. Despite me asking Lexus 35 times to change it correctly. More
