I have been a customer of Darcars Lexus of Englewood for many, many years. Yesterday while I was in the Englewood Hospital parking lot, my car’s battery stopped working. I began to panic as my wife and I ha many, many years. Yesterday while I was in the Englewood Hospital parking lot, my car’s battery stopped working. I began to panic as my wife and I had dinner arrangements in Manhattan to get to. I called Darcars Lexus and spoke to Claudio Claro. He was AMAZING! He personally came to our rescue and was able to get our battery to work. We drove to the Darcars Lexus service (where we always have our regular services performed). In less than 40 minutes, a new battery was installed in our 2012 RX350! Everyone, as always, treated us so well at Darcars. We were incredibly grateful to Claudio for helping us so quickly!! More

I have been to Darcars Lexus of Englewood at least 4 times and every time has been a great experience! Just as others have mentioned, Grace is awesome. She always greets me with a smile and friendly con times and every time has been a great experience! Just as others have mentioned, Grace is awesome. She always greets me with a smile and friendly conversation. I have been to other Lexus dealerships and Darcars is by far the best. Because it’s not just about having your car serviced. I like how Darcars makes me feel. Naiem is also awesome! He always gives me helpful advice and always keeps me updated with my car’s progress. I can’t say that I look forward to getting my 3 cars serviced, but I can definitely say that I look forward to going to Darcars and seeing Naiem, Grace, and all the other friendly people!
