I can surely see that they are dedicated and loyal to this company. It provides confidence in me. WITHOUT THEM, this place WILL NEVER BE the SAME. I will be very irated if these excellent people are not here when I come back in six month for a maintenance, who know their jobs inside and out. When it looked like it just couldn't happen, most receptionists would simply apologize that they are unable to accommodate my request. However, Alexandrea in reception got right on the phone and did her magic. She really went out of her way to help me out and got me exactly what I wanted. That's great customer support! More
