DARCARS Lexus of Englewood - Service Center

Subpar communication I brought my eight year old Lexus in for service. I was advised that the service and repairs would not be completed until the following day, as parts I brought my eight year old Lexus in for service. I was advised that the service and repairs would not be completed until the following day, as parts had to be ordered. On the following day, I was not informed until 6:30 p.m. that repairs were complete and the car could be picked up. I should have been given an estimate of the completion time earlier in the day so that I could have planned to have retrieved the car. In addition, the loaner car which was made available to me, according to its dashboard monitor, required routine maintenance and lacked windshield washer fluid. This experience was not compatible with my prior encounters with Englewood Lexus service over the past 15 years. More
