I was an out-of-state purchase, and he arranged for pick up from the airport. Then, once I arrived at the dealership, he was incredibly professional in allowing me time to look over the car and answering all the questions I had before I made a purchase. He also made sure to let me experience the cookouts at their dealership and ensure we were all taken care of, as Luis gave us a goodie bag before we had a long drive home. I can’t say enough about this dealership and its staff. This isn’t your ordinary dealership; they are intentional with their customers and go above and beyond to create a relationship rather than just a transaction. When I’m in the market for my next car, James at Lexus will be my first call. More

Buyer Beware! During the sale, very pleasant… after everything was completed, customer service went downhill. My temporary plates end soon and I called and emailed During the sale, very pleasant… after everything was completed, customer service went downhill. My temporary plates end soon and I called and emailed my sales person without response. Called the next day and was told he was off , and when asked for the manager was told she was off as well. Asked to speak with another manager… got their voicemail. Called back, the receptionist was very short and dismissive. Then was told that she did not see any registration with my name and further mentioned that it takes 60 days to get plates which I’ve never heard of before. I specifically asked how long during the sale and was told it would be approximately 2 weeks as they have a dealership in NY so deal with the NY DMV all the time. Also, when I called back, was told someone would contact me within 15-20 minutes… that did not occur. This is not the only incident of poor customer service after the purchase. I feel like I’m being ghosted/ignored and I’m only a few days shy of one month in of my car purchase. I have regrets working with this dealership as the customer experience is all encompassing and should not stop when you sign on the dotted line. I hope that this doesn’t have to escalate further and they work on their people skills and follow through to avoid the customer having to go back and forth with something that seems to be so simple to resolve… as this is the first I’ve encountered anything of this nature before, I was encouraged to write this review which is also something I never do… buyers beware… More
