JUDGED ON APPERANCE CAME TO TAKE A LOOK AT A NEW CAR, SHOP AROUND AND GET INFO OF DIFFERENT MODELS, AND FEATURES THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN . WALKED AROUND AND THEN FINALLY CAME TO TAKE A LOOK AT A NEW CAR, SHOP AROUND AND GET INFO OF DIFFERENT MODELS, AND FEATURES THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN . WALKED AROUND AND THEN FINALLY WAS GREETED. AS THE WOMAN APPROACHED I COULD SEE SHE DID NOT WANT TO HELP, MAYBE BECAUSE I HAD JUST COME OUT OF THE GYM AND NOT IN AN ARMANI SUIT, THEN MAYBE I WOULD OF HAD MORE ATENTION BETTER SERVICE. SALES REP KELLY HAD AN ATTITUTE AND SAW THAT I WAS SHOPPING AROUND AND WAS NOT PURCHASING SAME DAY, SO HER INTEREST WENT OUT THE DOOR AND WALKED AWAY TO LET ME DO MY OWN HOMEWORK AND MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINES TO MERCEDES OF GREENWICH. More

Since then I have dealt with a Lexus dealer in Michigan and with two in S Florida. They were all fine, but Lexus of Greenwich is definitely significantly better. In future I would not think of buying a car from anywhere else. More

Kelly was our salesperson who helped us along the way in our car buying venture. She was friendly and responsive when communicating back and forth between our initial meeting up until our purchase. Will, another salesperson, worked with us as well when Kelly was with another customer. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. He aided Kelly and us and made the purchase effortless, finding solutions and ways to work with us on certain issues we noted. Overall the experience was quite positive with both Kelly and Will making the car buying process much less stressful and easier than other dealerships. More

Even though this process took time, Scott never made me feel rushed or pressured. After seeing my options, Dave Miller showed me all the bells and whistles of the 2020 Lexus NX 300. Dave did not miss a beat he knew everything there was about the car and truly made me feel special and excited about the new car. Dave was extremely personable and treated me like family! Lastly, Alex Oceguera and Matt in the financing department helped crunch the best numbers and rates and went above and beyond to make sure I was not only happy with my car but satisfied with the payment options as well.
