I went on line, got some information and then made a trip down to Lexus of Greenwich the next day. I was greeted by the receptionist Cherylnn Dass. She told me that the person I made the appointment with was not there, however she introduced me to Carlos Villaverde. From the start he was knowledgeable and professional about the product and process. Within 1 hour, I purchased my NX-200 Lexus. Carlos had no idea I was in the business until the end, and still the sale, and the delivery with Rob Sorenson (business manger) was quick, fast and just so easy! There was a small scrap on the alloy wheel and it was brought to my attention at delivery. Immediately one of the mangers came over , Scott Litt and said he would have it fixed. The next ... day a driver came to my work, left me a loaner car, and brought the car back to me repaired!!! Thank you Lexus of Greenwich! PS. I live in Shelton CT, which is about 35 miles away. But it was worth traveling for the professional service. I recommend you call them before you buy your next Lexus More

In preparation for delivery, my salesperon, Lenny Messina, took the time to demonstrate the features of my new car. He paired my cell phone, entered my home and work addresses into the navigation and reviewed and set all pre-set features for me. Scott Litt made sure to have a driver bring my new car to me at my office in Bloomfield, and he, too, was professional and courteous. I did finance my purchase and I want to take the time to mention, Robert Sorenson, for going the extra mile for me to obtain the most favorable financing.
