Dave was especially helpful throughout the entire process. He made the transition seamless from one vehicle to the next. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and assisted me in every way that he could. I honestly showed up at the dealership one day, spoke with him for about an hour then I picked up my car three days later without a hiccup...even though I was unable to locate my extended coverage policy and my car had damage. He told me not to worry about and to just show up to get may car and when I arrived he had my missing policy and my in and out time was probably under 1 hour. He's never pushy and he takes his time to help you to make the best decision for you. More
