Not satisfied wit the service I have serious doubts about the quality of service provided by this dealership. I purchased a LEXUS LX 470 in 2000 and the driver side mirror did n I have serious doubts about the quality of service provided by this dealership. I purchased a LEXUS LX 470 in 2000 and the driver side mirror did not open/close correctly from the start. It was very intermittent but i had taken the car in on three separate occasions to have the issue addressed. All service did was replace the fuse each time but the problem continued. i let the issue go since it only happened once a month and not worth the effort to continue to bring the car in. Fast forward several years and now the mirror stopped working altogether but now that the issue was no longer warrantied the dealership immediately replaced the mirror for $1100. Apologies for the history but now in May 2016 i brought the car in for a 90k check along with some engine check light issues and a grinding sound on acceleration. The oxygen sensors needed to be replaced along with the center exhaust and thermostat. A $5000 cost but no real problem since the car was due and needed the service. The issue i have is 3 months later in Aug 2016 the steering became sluggish and making grinding sounds. When i checked the power steering fluid it was near empty along with low suspension fluid and empty coolant. I would have expected at the 90K service all these levels to be checked and in working order. Then these past two weeks in Aug the ABS and VSC/TRAC lights are now coming on and the brakes started engaging while driving the car. A very serious situation which causes unpredictable behavior and potential loss of control while driving. I called this dealership to report the issue. They kindly took down my information as i raised concern about the recent visit and lack of fluid levels and the more recent ABS VSC issues. I needed to bring the car in immediately for some service but required a loaner as i live 40 minutes away. The dealership could not provide a loaner and said i would need to wait a week if the loaner was required. Needless to say i declined the offer and called another Lexus dealership that invited me in immediately and provided a loaner. More

He is such a pleasant and fun person to work with. He is extremely patient and very knowledgeable about what he is selling. The pricing he gives us is always very good and the information he gives us about the car is so extensive. What we love the most about Art is his enthusiasm when explaining all the car features at delivery. We always look forward to that part of the deal. Art demonstrates everything we need to learn so we never have to scratch our heads wondering how to operate any part of the car including the electronics. We can't remember ever feeling rushed at delivery. If you see Art when you bring your car in for servicing you will get the same warm welcome that you would get when you're at Lexus to lease a car. He's a genuinely nice person. Lexus of Greenwich is also fortunate to have John McCaffrey and Tim Johnson - incredibly nice people to deal with. More

Top Flight Experience I have been a Lexus driver for many years, since 2008, and have worked with Lexus of Greenwich for what is now my fourth leased vehicle. During all of these years, whether in sales, accounting, business or service, the staff have been outstanding customer service representatives. I have not had one bad experiences. In the last few days I have contracted to lease a 2016 ES350 Hybrid. The salesman was Robert Binette, an experienced salesman, but new to the Greenwich Lexus Team. While all of the usual taken for granted courtesies of Greenwich of Lexus were apparent, Robert (bob) went out of his way to assure that the transition from one leased vehicle to the next went excellently! Bob went out of his way to connect me with appropriate people to address concerns that I had. I appreciated the tutorial on hybrid technology in particular. As always, I am an appreciative customer of Lexus of Greenwich and very grateful for Bob Binette's support. Chuck Ainsworth More
