Katerina and Darren are awesome I recently had a some difficulty registering my car in a new state after moving. Each time I went to the DMV they told me I needed "one more thing". In total frustration I called the Lexus of Greenwich to see if they could help me. Katerina sold me my car and I think she is the best salesperson I have ever met so we do keep in touch a bit. Katerina was not in so I was connected with Darren. GREAT TEAM SPIRIT. Darren understood my plight and made it his mission to help in Katerina's absence. He made several calls in different directions and coordinated with my insurance company to get the registration transfer done immediately. When Katerina was back in the office she seamlessly picked up to finish the favor right down to changing my plates for me. This is true service. I bought my car almost 2 years ago and they are still helping. Very grateful to both! I also had just had my car in for service and the service team is great too, I just wish the cost of the tune up was not so brutally high. Still, great service people to work with. Thank you all. John Berrios kept me fully-apprised about the possible causes for my Check Engine light going on and provided helpful advise about what to fix without needing spend excessive amounts. His input allowed me to decide what to fix and whether to try the bare minimum or to address all possible causes. He was able to get the car in and out of service quickly too, to accommodate my schedule, with use of a loaner car while the car was in the shop. He even applied a discount coupon to the cost of the work, even though I had thrown out the coupon when I received it a couple of weeks earlier (not realizing I was about to need a repair! More

Car Service I brought my car in for new brake pads. After I picked up car we notice a vibration when driving over 65mph. Had to dropp off car again. After 3 days we were told that they could figure it out. Could be tires but our tires are 5 months old. My husband was told that we have to live with it until we buy new tires. Never getting another Lexus from this dealership.Phillip Boutall was really nice to us but that did not help. More
LOG (Lexus of Greenwich) provides service excellence that defines the brand. My ES was bumped in the rear on Saturday and Rob in the LOG body shop had both insurance companies talking by Monday. An appraisal was done on Wednesday and delivery made on Friday. Our claim was closed in less than one week and thanks to the conscientious efforts of LOG's body department, we were contacted by both insurance companies and LOG on a daily basis with status updates that capped off a model claim process with no hitches and a get it right the first time attitude from the outset. Our experience with the sales in general is satisfactory. However the service experience is bad. one time we go for a regular oil change. Before the service, I called the office and have the service scheduled as well as get a loaner car. When we arrived, Elliot Seamark helped us. He first told us that there is no loaner car service for regular oil change and we have to wait for the service. I was surprised to hear that (because we have had loaner cars every service there) and questioned him on that. He then told me "ok, we can give you a loaner car, but need to charge 15 dollars" What kind of business ethics is this? We opted for waiting there and waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes. There is also price gauging there, in my mind. Regular oil change has been $75, and the guy charged me $95. I would recommend anyone to do the service at Toyota dealer, the charge there is $39.99 for the same service with free car washing. More
I had two vehicles serviced at Lexus Greenwich over 6 years. The service people are fine. However, when I recently tried to return my leased Lexus at lease end, they made me go through the sales depart years. The service people are fine. However, when I recently tried to return my leased Lexus at lease end, they made me go through the sales department. They were terrible!! They did not want to assist me because I did not buy another vehicle from them. They were very rude. One guy simply told me he was too busy to deal with lease returns. These folks are terrible. Avoid this dealer at all costs. They don't give a dame about the customer. More
