Dealer made an offer couldn't refuse and deal included add'l protective side molding (very nice!) and pre paid maintenance. After we agreed on price ... walked me out to the lot and we had our choice of about 20 vehicles all of which met our specs. Dealer handled all the paperwork very nicely. Delivery process was comprehensive and clear. Showroom is stunning by comparison with many other dealers of other brands. Car has so very many features, it will take us a while to learn them all. Lexus did confuse us with about 4 different websites for various services ... and we'll have to sort that out. Should be one website with their services accessed from within. More

When we began looking for a new car, Mike Tierny (sales) took the lead and was totally in synch with the Mt Kisco philosophy. He was ready with car options, knowledge of the technology, and when it came to pricing, was extremely competitive. The delivery experience was incredibly detailed and helpful (my wife's car), as she spent almost 2 hours being taught the cars systems. To cap it off, even the business manager (Julius Kovacs) offered an insightful and non pressured set of options for supplemental services, and ended up getting us even better financing rates than originally quoted. Lexus makes great vehicles, as does other similar brands (Mercedes, BMW, etc.), but ultimately the entire experience separates Lexus, and Lexus of Mt Kisco epitomizes, "the best of the best", I highly recommend them. Kisco has This is my first experience buying a Lexus. I bought a CPO Lexus RX 350 and just picked it up today!! So far my experience with Lexus of Mt. Kisco has been great. My certified sales consultant is Mike Tierney and he has made my experience a pleasure. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars he sells. I appreciate that he just didn't try to sell me what was on the lot and encouraged me to look for what I wanted. I was very happy that the car for me ended up being from Mike!!! When I picked up the car it wasn't just sign here and goodbye. Mike took the time to go over the workings of the car with me so that I was comfortable in it when I left. I love it!!!! My financial service consultant is Julius Kovacs. He also is very friendly and knowledgeable. He took me through the financing and available additional accessories to make sure I had everything I wanted for my car. He made buying my Lexus so easy!! I got a young low mileage CPO Lexus RX 350 with 0% financing!!! It is a gorgeous car and I am thrilled! Thank you to Mike and Julius for making my first Lexus purchase a positive and FUN one!!!
