Chris was very professional and respectful throughout the process. Made an appointment and arrived to find Jose showing the car and offering another couple a ride during the time I was scheduled to view the vehicle Made an appointment and arrived to find Jose showing the car and offering another couple a ride during the time I was scheduled to view the vehicle and test drive it. When he greeted me he looked stunned and said I would have to wait until they return from their test drive. Left work early and drove over half hour to find the Salesperson, Jose, only interested in making a deal. It was too bad, I was prepared to buy the car outright and headed down the street to purchase one an hour later. Awful service and disrespectful. Jazzelle, who scheduled the appointment never replied to my inquiry after I reached out for Jose missing my appointment. Terrible service, not dependable and disrespectful. More
