I recently purchased a vehicle and, unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing—especially given the $70,000 price tag. From the beginning, the sales team was untruthful and deceptive, particularly regarding the warranty process. We were clearly promised that scratches and paint chips on the vehicle would be repaired prior to pickup. When we arrived, not only had those issues not been addressed, but the sales team openly acknowledged it and instead offered a free detailing as a substitute. That’s not an acceptable resolution. After taking the vehicle home, things only got worse. I quickly discovered that basic maintenance checks had not even been completed. The washer fluid was completely empty, and the antifreeze level was low—simple things that should absolutely be handled before delivering a vehicle to a customer. While the corporate office has been responsive via email, there has been no meaningful follow-through or action taken to resolve these issues. The entire experience has been full of promises and communication, but no actual results—just like the sales process itself. Overall, this has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. For such a significant purchase, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. More

This has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve had. I purchased a new vehicle over a month ago and am still waiting for my registration and tag. I contacted the third-party age experiences I’ve had. I purchased a new vehicle over a month ago and am still waiting for my registration and tag. I contacted the third-party agency that handles their out-of-state registrations, and at the time of my call, they had not received any paperwork from the dealership. Meanwhile, my salesperson, Sudy, has not responded to my calls or messages, and the new car sales manager, Mike, has also been unresponsive. Although he assured me the issue would be resolved by Monday, March 30th and that he would follow up, I have yet to hear back. After reading other reviews, it’s clear that similar issues have affected other customers. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this dealership. I plan to share my experience on DealerRater and escalate the matter to corporate.
