Initially we went to New Country Lexus of Latham, NY because, living in Columbia County, we wanted to give a local dealership business. The unprofessional and stressful experience that dealership put us because, living in Columbia County, we wanted to give a local dealership business. The unprofessional and stressful experience that dealership put us through trying to buy a used car from them forced us to bring our business elsewhere. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because we found Darcars Lexus of Mt Kisco. Juan Padilla was a joy to work with. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. When we came to pick up our new used 2021 GX 460 he had it detailed to the nines, looking and smelling like a new car, with a big red bow on the roof for us. Everyone we worked with, our salesman Juan Padilla, financial services manager Jessica Delima, and sales manager Stanley Passoni, were all super accommodating given we were coming from 1.5 hr drive away. They gave us a great price for our trade in, a great rate for our new used car purchase, and their warrantee offers were beyond what we’ve seen before. We felt they really cared about getting us in a good, safe, comfortable car. The level of professionalism we experienced at Darcar Mt Kisco was beyond what we could have ever expected. We’ve bought a lot of cars, mostly new, some being luxury cars, over the past 20+ years and we can say with confidence that this was our best experience so far. We are very happy with our 2021 GX. Highly recommend working with Juan, Jessica, and Stanley to get a new or used Lexus! More
