Bad Business BAD BUSINESS We leased a vehicle from Lexus Of Mt. Kisco they failed to point out there DISPOSITION FEE when they were pointing out all the other s BAD BUSINESS We leased a vehicle from Lexus Of Mt. Kisco they failed to point out there DISPOSITION FEE when they were pointing out all the other small details of the contract before signing a 3 years lease. Upon returning the lease 1,000. plus miles under and in perfect condition with 4 brand new tires, we received a bill for the Disposition fee $395.00 we asked what that was they said because we didn't lease or buy another car from Lexus of Mt Kisco that we owe them and need to pay this fee. That is BAD BUSINESS and outrageous ! We have leased in that last 27 years with several dealerships across the area Infinity Audi, Chrysler, Buick, Ford, Dodge and never had this issue with any other company. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Lexus Of Mt Kisco. More

Gene, Gene the Lexus Machine! Wow, what a pleasant experience it was purchasing a car with Gene. He's genuine and shines. You feel like he truly enjoys his job - no wonder he's the Wow, what a pleasant experience it was purchasing a car with Gene. He's genuine and shines. You feel like he truly enjoys his job - no wonder he's the longest working salesperson at the dealership. We were interested in purchasing a previously owned 2011 RX 350 - a well-priced, nine year old car, and that's what Gene helped us do. We liked that he didn't try to steer us to a later model - he just wanted to help us purchase the car we desired and did so with enthusiasm. He went the extra mile to make some adjustments we requested and we happily bought the car. Let's face it. This is a tough business. People come into dealerships with their guard up ready to do battle. Gene put us at ease. He and his colleagues are top notch professionals and devoted to the work they perform.
