After getting the car home we noticed minor damage to one of the rear wheels. We called Perry and within 10 minutes he called back letting us know that it would be repaired. Pleasantly surprised I will admit that, having grown up near Mt Kisco and seeing how different it is now, I expected to walk into the Lexus dealer and be talked down to or I will admit that, having grown up near Mt Kisco and seeing how different it is now, I expected to walk into the Lexus dealer and be talked down to or not taken seriously because our price range was in the lower range. I was happily pleasantly surprised that my husband and I were treated the same as if we were buying an $80k car, even though our car was less than half that. Kathy was fantastic and probably the reason we bought the car that day instead of shopping around. We even liked the smooth taking guy who makes you buy the extras. Lol. We will definitely refer friends. More

He showed us the car we were interested in and he explained every button, feature, and details of the car. I was super impressed of how knowledgeable he was regarding the car! You would think he read a textbook and took a course on the car!! He took us on a great test drive so we could REALLY get a good idea of how the car runs. ( and I'm talking an actual test drive not a bogus 2 minute around the block ride ). If it wasn't for George we probably would of been hesitant to buy a car but he made us fall in love with it. The car also had a few nicks and nacks when we went to see it the first time but George said he will get it taken care of and sure enough when we went back POOF* it was gone! Great customer service! Thanks so much George!! P.S. he gave us lexus keychains when we purchased the car. I couldn't get over how friendly that was of him! More
