The car I bought was a 2022 dodge charger. It was supposed to be certified used. I noticed that it needed a headlight assembly, an alignment and the windshield wipers were falling apart. I am still trying to get the piece replaced that was broken when they replaced the headlight assembly. This whole situation has not been as smooth as it should have been. I have had to text and call multiple times to get things done that should have been done before I bought this particular vehicle. More

The sales manager was equally impressive. I definitely gave him a run for his money, but he handled every bit of my pushback with professionalism and composure. As a former salesperson myself, I recognize all the usual tactics, and even so, he managed to navigate everything thoughtfully and make the deal work. And Mike—what a gem. He has such an interesting background, (former bounty hunter and by a stroke of not luck, but being a good human found himself on Dog The Bounty Hunter), I found myself completely engaged hearing how he ended up at the dealership. He was also not pushy at all, he found me an amazing rate that truly made my purchase possible, and is definitely not your typical finance guy just looking to make a buck.
