As a former salesperson myself, I recognize all the usual tactics, and even so, he managed to navigate everything thoughtfully and make the deal work. And Mike—what a gem. He has such an interesting background, (former bounty hunter and by a stroke of not luck, but being a good human found himself on Dog The Bounty Hunter), I found myself completely engaged hearing how he ended up at the dealership. He was also not pushy at all, he found me an amazing rate that truly made my purchase possible, and is definitely not your typical finance guy just looking to make a buck.
