I’m going to amend my review because I have had and am still having an awful experience with DARCARS! Today is October 22. I leased a Jeep Compass on September 18. I turned in my leased Grand Cherokee to DARCARS. Darcars has not paid anything to Chrysler Capital, although they have had my car for over a month! It has been over a month that they have had my car, during which time, I have called a number of times and have spoken to different people at DARCARS, always being told that the person to whom I’m speaking will look into it and get back to me, but no one ever does. I don’t want a mark again my credit. Chrysler Capital told me that any payment a month or more overdue will be reported to a credit agency!
