5-star ratings are for Sales folks but not for Service so don't be fooled. The customer service is terrible. This dealership does not want to take accountability for items that they have done wrong. With the help of the online services of TrueCar, I requested quotes from Toyota dealerships from Frederick to Baltimore city. Of the nearly a dozen responses that I received, the one from James Anderson - General Sales Manager of DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore - was hands down the best offer. After a few quick email exchanges with Maria Dye, I scheduled for a test drive and signing the sale paperwork for the upcoming Saturday. On a Saturday afternoon, we were met with Murel Hurt, who accompanied me for the test drive and guided us through the sale process, The whole process took approximately 2 hours. This was the best car-buying experience I have had. I give this dealership very high marks for price and customer service. More
