This was the worst deal I had seen. The sold a used car and deceptively covered a hole in the carpet. A Nightmare at Darcars Toyota of Frederick My recent experience at Darcars Toyota of Frederick was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, it was clear that the dealership's experience at Darcars Toyota of Frederick was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, it was clear that the dealership's primary focus was on making a quick sale, rather than providing quality customer service. I purchased a new vehicle and added a few accessories, including crucial wheel locks. Despite my urgent pleas to have them installed promptly, the dealership dragged their feet for days. This inexplicable delay proved to be a costly mistake. In the interim, thieves took advantage of the unprotected wheels and made off with all four. When I reached out to the dealership to discuss the situation, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of empathy. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the theft, despite their negligence in installing the security measures I had specifically requested. It's disheartening to encounter such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Darcars Toyota of Frederick has shown that they are more interested in profits than in building lasting relationships with their clients. I strongly advise potential car buyers to steer clear of this dealership and seek a more reputable establishment that values customer service and prioritizes their needs. More

My Camery 2018 Brakes suddenly failed, and I could have hit someone and managed to stop as I was 10-15 miles/hour in parking lot. Had it been on highway, It would have been fatal and deadly. On diagnosis, it was found that Brake Booster pump has failed, and this product is under Recall. They should have replaced it free of cost. When contacted Darcar Toyota Fredrick, First I was told to bring the car to their workshop and after repairs they charged $1160.00 for Brake Booster Replacement, which is under Recall. More
