To start off with this was my first new car buying experience and I must say, OUTSTANDING service. Definitely want to point out Tim Dotson above all, real nice, down to earth salesman who is as honest experience and I must say, OUTSTANDING service. He was extremely helpful and I highly recommend going to him if you're thinking about purchasing a new car, he's great! The TFS manager Bill Duque is another one to point out as he was also a very nice guy to deal with, and really knows how to work out numbers with you and makes sure that you have a complete understanding of what is going on. My overall experience is a 10/10, 5 star, couldn't have been better. This is, in all honesty the best Toyota dealership in Maryland! More

I bought my car new at Darcars last year around March. When I bought my car I decided to get the $1,200 service plan which included oil changes for the life of the vehicle. That is the only reason I still get my car serviced here. If I hadn't bought that package I would have started taking my car somewhere else a long time ago. I have never had an oil change take less than an hour. I used to take my old car to a service place 5mins away, they knew me by name and were always done in less than a half an hour. Today I arrived at 1:45 for my oil change and didn't leave until 3:25. I have never been to a service center with slower service. I would not recommend Darcars to anyone, unless they have hours to kill waiting for a basic oil change that should take less than 30mins. More

Joe was an awesome salesman, and overall I had a pleasant experience buying here, and would return again. Mike was awesome in the financial department, he was the one who made all of it happen so seamlessly. He got me into the payment I wanted, I don't know how, but he was a great guy and I feel like they appreciated my business, and were willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was happy. Joe was also super helpful, he was willing to go and pickup my new ride in Virgina on his day off. Goes to show how much they value customer satisfaction. Love my new 'yota!!! Thanks, Joe! More

We came to DarCars to look at some used cars and had just started car shopping a couple days ago. We were interested in Camrys and Accords and Jason showed us all the new and used Camrys; and we test drove a started car shopping a couple days ago. We were interested in Camrys and Accords and Jason showed us all the new and used Camrys; and we test drove a couple we really liked. Jason's customer service was very good and not to pushy; but when he found out exactly which one we wanted he went to work making it happen finiancially for us. Mr. O'Brien was also a big help in explaining everything money wise and helped us figure out what would work best for us. The car was an excellent price for what we got; the only reason I said the price was "good" instead of excellent is because we wanted to keep the payments a little lower but the what we are going to pay is well worth what we got. We were also in a bit a of rush because my husband had a meeting at 8:30pm and we were "just looking" not expecting to be there long; so when we did make the decision to get the car Mike and Jason worked as fast as they could to get the deal done so we could get out of there. Overall we had a great experience and had lots of good things about DarCars (that's why we wanted to come down to look); so we will be telling more people about your place.
