My wife and I had just stopped by Darcars toyota to just get an idea what next vehicle that I would like to purchase in the future when we where approached by sales consultant ,Paul Chesney. We discussed our intentions, and from that time until we made a purchase of a Toyota Rav 4, we were impressed by the handling of the trade in vehicle, to test runs of any car that we wanted to get the actual feel of ownership, to the financing, to scheduling of future service, to actual next day service by the service department was totally amazing and worthwhile experience. Upon arriving we were greeeted by the friendly staff and all were willing to help each other. It didn't seem like a competition of who could get the sale. We had an appointment with Mark Lawson, but we came all were willing to help each other. It didn't seem like a competition of who could get the sale. When Mark arrived he took over and it was a nice transition and interaction between co-workers. Mark then helped us in every way and when he was unable to do more he sent us to Bill Duque regarding financing a car. Bill and James worked with us to give us a price on a vehicle that was affordable. Their customer service was over the top. In fact, my husband will need a new car soon and we intend on returning. When the sale was complete the customer service didn't end. We watched Mark double check the car and clean it himself. Everyone who helped us shook our hands and and offered to help us learn how to use the vehicles features. It didn't end there, Mark even followed up with us the next day to ensure we were happy with our purchase. More
