Extended warranties some times are not a benefit to the consumer, dealerships are not receiving revenue so you don't always get the quality of service if you paid out of pocket. Darcars Service Department did a excellent job every time and neverhow had to return for the same problem. I give them a 4 out of 5 rating. More

After a very bad experience with another Toyota dealer 3 days before, I called Steve. I told him what I needed, he had the car on the lot, the price was very good and he explained everything in detail. In 2 days before, I called Steve. Everyone here is great, until they sell you a car with problems. I bought a Jeep in December 2011 and it has been back for a variety of problems, including a bad engine that required it to be rebuilt. problems. Favorite quote of Darcars staff - "there is a risk when you buy a used vehicle" Yes, there is, but there is also an expectation that when you buy even a used car from a reputable dealer, it should not be in the shop 5 times in the first 6 months of ownership. I recently purchased a new Highlander for my wife from a competitive dealer of Darcars. When I picked up my vehicle they had somehow lopt the remotes. After several hours of waiting and 3 trips to the servi competitive dealer of Darcars. When I picked up my vehicle they had somehow lopt the remotes. After several hours of waiting and 3 trips to the service dept at the dealer in which I bought the car I had the remotes but still was unsuccessful in getting them programmed. I was fed up. On my way home on a Friday eveing I called Darcars service around 5:00 to see if there was any chance they could program the remotes for me. The service manager Jason told me the techs leave by 5:00 on Friday. He then asked me asked how far away I was and I told him about 15-20 minutes. He put me on hold for about 2 minutes and came back and told me a was able to find a tech that was willing to wait for me to get there so I could have my remotes programmed before the weekend. WOW! What great customer service! I arrived about 20 minutes later and was greeted with a smile by Mr. Mirhadi and was in and out with my programmed reomtes. These guys totally made my 9 month pregnant wife's day, and have earned a service customer for life. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help us out!! More
