He's honest and upfront, and I know that he will put forth much effort to ensure that I am taken care of. He actually cares about his customers and treats them like family, and that is a trait that is very hard to come by these days. I see the way he interacts with other customers as well as with his technicians, and he treats everyone with the utmost respect. Mike, who is one of Nima's techs that generally works on my vehicles, does a great job. He too is very personable and honest, and delivers high quality workmanship. I have great confidence when I leave the dealership that my vehicles are in sound working order. And, I know that if any repairs are in order, Nima and team will have my back at the "drop of hat." This is my sixth time purchasing a vehicle (for myself or with a family member). I have never had such a pleasant experience at a dealership in my life. Bob Coope (sales) and Mike O'Brien (finance) were two of the best guys any buyer would want to meet. They listened and treated me as if I were their daughter. Which means that I was getting the best price and service possible. It was a but chilly and I wanted something warm to drink. When Bob realized that the coffee/hot coco machine was not working, he left the premises and went to the store close by to get me a cup of hot chocolate. When I was on the phone with the insurance company, Mike interjected at one point and told the insurance lady, "no she will take -- option. She doesn't need the other stuff and that's not going to save her any money." Love these guys! I would recommend this dealer because they work there. More
