It has been awhile since I owned a car and 4 years ago I had to file bankruptcy. Darcars of Frederick found 2 banks that were willing to finance my new car. They were all very friendly and helpful. Every time I take my car in for a scheduled service the staff is pleasant and helpful. They always complete the work in the estimated time and tell me about any suggested work without applying pressure to staff is pleasant and helpful. ive been to two other toyot dealers regularly and they are very good but this group is a cut above from the personal service they give to the work done on the vehicle. Its nice to get the vehicle back cle are very good but this group is a cut above from the personal service they give to the work done on the vehicle. Its nice to get the vehicle back clean(free car wash) and no stains inside from workers(which ive seen too often in the past at other places). Also the waiting area is second to none with snakcs, drinks, wifi, tv, computer, etc. Its just that good and I am glad I am working in the area so I get to experience top notch service. thank you! Chris was a pleasure to deal with. I felt no pressure during my experience. He let me communicate what I wanted in a car and worked with me to assure I received all of those wants. 2005 Solara Convertible: The mechanic overfilled my engine oil by 3 or 4 quarts. When I checked it, the level on the dipstick was twice what it should have been. Upon startup, the car smoked like a c engine oil by 3 or 4 quarts. When I checked it, the level on the dipstick was twice what it should have been. Upon startup, the car smoked like a crop duster. I think some engine damage has been done; maybe a blown head gasket, or ring damage. The mechanic removed the cap for the power steering fluid reservoir and poked a hole in the hood liner fabric to hold it. He forgot to replace it on the reservoir so I was driving around for a few days with the cap stuck through a hole in the hood liner, the reservoir being open to the atmosphere. The mechanic did not balance my wheels which was the only thing I brought the car in for. The mechanic damaged the shock absorber that holds up the hood and now it barely holds it up. More
