Plus, Michael O'Brien was quite helpful with the financing and my Service Package. Plus, to my surprise, Jason arranged for someone to follow me home in my new car while I drove my 2003 Corolla. We had a death in the family - a car that had served us very well since 1998 died on the side of the highway! We didn't really "feel" like shopping for a car right away, but we stopped at a few dealerships very well since 1998 died on the side of the highway! We didn't really "feel" like shopping for a car right away, but we stopped at a few dealerships just to see what is out there - we had NO idea really where to begin, as we had not anticipated shopping for a car until ours died. We stopped in at Darcars and were greeted with big genuine smile that was present on Jesse's face! He was so incredibly nice, had lots of great ideas, and offered us more patience than we thought existed in the car salesman world. We drove a few cars, hauling Jesse in our backseat, and enjoyed some laughs and very lighthearted conversation. we did end up buying a Scion XD, a car we never would have even thought about - and we LOVE it! Mike O'Brien was great too - and cleverly surprised us in the way he built in that Platinum coverage. He showed us understanding and respect even though the economy had not been kind to us a few years ago in our past. We left with a huge satisfaction of the car, the sale, and the staff!
