Jesse was excellent. He was low pressure, extremely knowledgeable, and guided us to the car he felt would best suit our needs (which happened to actually be a lower model than the high-end model). He was straight-foward and told exactly what price he could do for us. There were no games, and no hidden agendas. When he found out a different car dealer had given us a better trade-in value he even offered to match it so we could be done with it at one place. As a repeat customer, I expected a good experience from Darcars. I received exactly what I expected and more! They definitely have a customer for life in me. More

The experience my parents and I had at DarCars Frederick was EXCELLENT! The salesman and the finance person who we dealt with were patient, knowledgeable, relaxed, friendly, and took time to explain featur was EXCELLENT! The salesman and the finance person who we dealt with were patient, knowledgeable, relaxed, friendly, and took time to explain features, answer questions, and explain various products, packages, options, and service contracts. From start to finish, everything about the experience met and/or exceeded our expectations. Mid-way through the process, we needed to break for lunch and were able to drive the vehicle that my parents ultimately purchased to a nearby restaurant where we had time to sit and privately discuss related issues so that they were very comfortable with their final decisions. In terms of pricing, I must say that the DARCARS dealership was more than fair with providing estimates on the trade-in value of their prior vehicle, various discounts, and rebates in effect at the time of purchase. We conducted prior research on competitors in the area for the same vehicle and DarCars pricing was the BEST!! In fact, my mother was able to purchase the EXACT car that she wanted - exterior and interior colors and package type. Other dealers we had met with didn't readily have the exterior color of vehicle she wanted, only had a limited selection of vehicles that met her color choices in other package types, and/or would have required extra time/days to acquire the exact vehicle she wanted. I personally have previously purchased two vehicles from DarCars Frederick and plan to purchase future cars and refer others to this dealership. My experience with their service department is always professional, prompt, and accomodating too. My cars are maintained in proper and safe working order by the service staff at DarCars.
