In 2008, My family bought one camery from this dealer. From then, we did enjoy thoughtful and careful service from their service department. Recently, my camery got a accident, though Frederick store has no body shop, the service department manager Jason tried his best to help me through this,also with the assistance of Andy. Finaly my car got overall repaired, which makes me very comfortable. Moreover, after I moved house to Baltimore, they still follow up. When I found the problem and informed them, they never abandoned me. Jason contacted Baltimore Darcar dealership and asked me to go there to get my camery repaired. How perfect the manager Jason is! I miss Frederick Darcar a lot! I closely saw how it get renovated/promoted step by step for the past years. Hope their service team become stronger and stronger.Of course, as the customer, I do hope there are more Darcars established. Once I bought the car from Darcars, wherever I move, Darcars always be with me------Thanks to all its employees! More

In fact we drove 5 hours just so we could get exactly what we wanted at the price we could afford. He even stayed late that night to close the deal. We never felt rushed, and were treated respectfully with a kind, caring, professional attitude. We would highly recommend John to anyone wishing to purchase a new Toyota! When I first entered DarCars, a salesman named Tim Dotson approached me. After asking if I needed help, I politely declined and said I was just looking. He was persistent in getting me to talk to him and hav approached me. After asking if I needed help, I politely declined and said I was just looking. He was persistent in getting me to talk to him and have him "help" me, but in a very condescending, irritating, leechy manner. I finally had to be rude to him to have him leave me alone. At that point, I left and avoided coming back to the dealer for awhile because of HIM. Eventually, I returned to the dealer with my grandfather, who, beforehand, called to speak with the managers to ensure we'd be dealing with them and not somebody like Mr. Dotson. Once we pulled into the parking lot, Mr. Dotson was there and acted as if the manager, James, sent him to intercept us, so he could make the sale. From the beginning, Mr. Dotson seemed sleazy, so his approach was severely unwelcome and suspicious. From there, we entered the building to meet the two sales managers. I'm SO glad Mr. Siguenza and Mr. Welch were there to assist wit the sale. They were both extremely polite, informative, accommodating, and not pushy in any way. Those two, plus Jesse Torreyson (who assisted me online and with the last portion of the sale), all provided excellent service and give themselves and DarCars a respectable reputation. More

To whom it may concern, I feel that Jason Waltrup (general manager) Jason Barber (service manager), Jim Higgins (finance director) and Sasan Nevai (financial services manager)is an asset to your company. It was a pleasure to talk and deal with all the above employees. They make you feel comfortable, no high pressure and take the time to answer any questions you may have.
