I am a longtime customer of Darcars Toyota of Frederick (West Patrick St. location)where I bought my used Camry in 1997. Thanks to Darcars service and, especially Ashley Bohrer and her terrific service team, my car is still going with almost 278,000 miles on it. Ashley is wonderful at letting me know what needs to be done to keep my car running smoothly and is so good, if several items need to be done, to prioritize so I do the most important things first. She is extremely knowledgeable and always has time to answer my questions. I can trust her when she says something needs to be done. I would highly recommend Darcars' service and Ashley Bohrer's team. More

We are longtime customers of DARCARS (355 Toyota). We went to DARCARS of Frederick for the Tacoma due to Fredericks selection. The Frederick sales consultant, Jesse Torreyson, was knowledgable, courteou went to DARCARS of Frederick for the Tacoma due to Fredericks selection. The Frederick sales consultant, Jesse Torreyson, was knowledgable, courteous and very low pressure. Same for finance manager Mike Obrien. The entire sales experience was excellent. The process was efficient with no wasted time. There was no pressure to buy add on's, packages ect.... though the products were offered. We received a very fair price for our tradein. We will definetly purchase from DARCARS again. More

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. These Gentleman really took care of me well. I felt safe with them, no pressure, the process was expedient. I was very happy with Jessie Torreyson and Mike O'Brien at Darcars of Frederick. I was treated well from looking at my options of what cars I could afford, right down to the financing. I came up from Nashville, TN to purchase a used Rav4. It was the best price in the area, and even with the cost of travel, it was the cheapest of its kind. They worked with me, since this was my first time was the best price in the area, and even with the cost of travel, it was the cheapest of its kind. They worked with me, since this was my first time buying a car through a dealer, they walked me through the financing and really took care of me even though I had to ask a lot of ignorant questions. Patrick is wonderful. I had been to a lot of dealers around Nashville looking for the car I wanted, and no one was as nice or as relaxed. I honestly could not have had a better experience. The car windshield was cracked when I arrived, and he noticed it before I had to point it out. They immediately worked out a plan since I lived so far away. I sent them a bill after I got the windshield repaired back in Tennessee and they (very promptly) wrote me a check. They are honest, trustworthy, and friendly. Do your homework, look for the car you want, and go to Darcars. They are a dream. More

I have known Jason for several years now. I moved about 4 hrs away from Frederick, MD. about 6 years ago. We finally needed a new minivan and of course we called Jason. He has always given me the best deal he can, and the service he provides along with the rest of his staff is fantastic.
