I came up from Nashville, TN to purchase a used Rav4. It was the best price in the area, and even with the cost of travel, it was the cheapest of its kind. They worked with me, since this was my first time buying a car through a dealer, they walked me through the financing and really took care of me even though I had to ask a lot of ignorant questions. Patrick is wonderful. I had been to a lot of dealers around Nashville looking for the car I wanted, and no one was as nice or as relaxed. I honestly could not have had a better experience. The car windshield was cracked when I arrived, and he noticed it before I had to point it out. They immediately worked out a plan since I lived so far away. I sent them a bill after I got the windshield repaired back in Tennessee and they (very promptly) wrote me a check. They are honest, trustworthy, and friendly. Do your homework, look for the car you want, and go to Darcars. They are a dream. More
My wife and I just purchased a 2008 Hyundai Azera from DARCARS Toyota of Frederick on June 22, 2011. The entire experience was basically stress-free and actually enjoyable. John Rzeszut greeted me at the dealership that morning and showed me the car. He then gave me the keys and basically told me to go and enjoy it. Bill Duque in the finance office exceeded all of our expectations during the administrative process part of the sale. He did not attempt to pressure us into anything we did not want. He did however get us very attractive financing for our loan. And he fully explained each step of the process. Karl Brady took care of us after the sale by arranging to have some minor scratches in the rear bumper repaired by the dealership's mobile detailing vendor. These scratches were not noticed during our initial inspection of the vehicle but we noticed them after we got home that evening. After a quick phone call to Karl and a short inspection the next day, everything was handled. Well done to all of the staff at DARCARS Toyota of Frederick for running a tight program. Thank you. I have known Jason for several years now. I moved about 4 hrs away from Frederick, MD. about 6 years ago. We finally needed a new minivan and of course we called Jason. We drove 4 hrs to pick up our new van from Jason and we are extremely satisfied with everything about the van and our experience at Darcars Toyota of Frederick. I would like to specifically commend the stellar service of Ashley Bohrer and Joe Schrader at the West Patrick Darcars Toyota location in Frederick Maryland. First, the superb customer service of Ashely of Ashley Bohrer and Joe Schrader at the West Patrick Darcars Toyota location in Frederick Maryland. First, the superb customer service of Ashely Bohrer should be applauded. She actively went out of her way to make sure that the issues with my repair were addressed, that I was satisfied as a customer, and followed up with me to inform me of the status during/throughout the repair as well as walking with me to inspect the radio in detail after the repair was finished to assure that everything was efficient. She also took the time to recognize that I am a repeat customer, which means a lot to me. Secondly, Joe Schrader deserves 5 star recognition. I have had to return to the dealership about the same problem from a non factory pioneer radio that had problems with its navigation. Each time Joe was able to service me and assure that the functioning of the radio was correct from the side of Toyota. He installed and reinstalled the radio, and after eventually ordering an antenna from pioneer, was further able to assess and help me pinpoint the specific problems with the radio. He also helped me identify the next steps needed to resolve the reoccurring issue. Although I ended up getting a new factory radio sent by Pioneer after disputing the continuous problems with the unit, I knew exactly who I would go to again to have it installed, Joe, and my radio works perfectly now. I would highly recommend this dealership location to anyone who wants their Toyota serviced while also assuring superb customer service-both guaranteed. More

It was an overall good experience. The only negative was the general manager. He was a bit on the pushy side. It's probably normal practice but I went in at 8:00 PM one night to try and finalize the loan. W the general manager. He was a bit on the pushy side. When I realized that I needed my business partner there to finish the loan he tried getting me to sign something so he could just run my credit check (I didn't want my credit being checked because I'm getting ready to refi my house). When I refused he tried giving me the speech about the car might be sold and I need to at least get the paperwork done. It wasn't horrible and the guy was nice enough but that rubbed me the wrong way. More

I was stranded at a gas station right next to this dealership because my car would not start.
