While I do not know the inner workings of your full team, on the shop floor particularly, apparently your skilled technician found a small problem now that would certainly turn into a big problem somewhere, and that means no telling when or where, down the road. The problem was with the water pump. The problem was found, and I gladly authorized the service, and the big plus - it was still under warranty! That certainly influenced my overall experience satisfaction, don't you know. The price was great, because I got a lot of work done for a more than fair price. This shop has reached NEW HEIGHTS! DARCARS clearly puts the customer at the top of their priority list. There is a guy "at-the-ready" to prep your car for service as you start to step out of your vehicle in the receiving bay. You don't even get one step into the reception area before you are greeted and escorted to your intake person. You are given status updates frequently on the work of your car. They have an inpsection sheet they follow for each visit. I love the red/yellow/green indicators to let you know if there is something that needs to be done now, or soon. My Sienna has 75k, so it's time to be paying attention to those things more closely. There is wifi in the waiting area. Love these guys. More

Jessie walked through the parking lot with me when i was unsure of what kind of vehicle I wanted. He was very knowledgable on each vehicle that I expressed interest in. He also was a person of his word and of amazing character. I truely appreciated his assistance in locating and purchasing the "perfect truck for me". Sassan and Bill were alsoo insturmental in this purchase. Although I used other options to finance the vehicle, both of these gentlemen explained all of my options and worked tirelessly to ensure my satisfaction. By the way, Sasson is a very sharp dresser! I can not thank you enough for the time and patience that I was afforded at DARCARS, Frederick during the purchase of this vehicle. Jim Higgins, Finance Director, offered us a great True Market Value price for our car with no need to haggle. We rated the Overall Experience as 4/Good and not 5/Great due to our slight frustration with the Financial Services Manager. He was also friendly and we liked him, but he pushed the purchasing of "Gap" insurance for WAY too long. Having to say "No" over and over again left us feeling as if we weren't being respected. More

Recently purchased car from DarCars--salesman Jesse was awesome!!! Purchased service agreement for oil changes and was told only pay for filters--No Hidden Fees!! 2 months later take car in for oil chang awesome!!! Purchased service agreement for oil changes and was told only pay for filters--No Hidden Fees!! 2 months later take car in for oil change and paint seal. Recieve email mid afternoon with recommended work and estimates--elect to only do oil change and filter (quoted $8.72). Recieve call late afternoon paint man went home early--no problem we can pick up tomorrow. Call in morning from dealership need to pick up... car was ready yesterday?!? Then call stating $42 for oil change, I reminded them reciept said $8 why difference--told they used synthetic oil and cost more. Advised caller we purchased service agreement and only pay for filter unless written quote says different. Then recieved call on cell phone saying pay $42 and that they were cutting us a deal because we should be paying $82. Spoke to finance manager (manager of the day) he said pay $8 and then come in Saturday to work out difference with the general manager. Went to pick up car and associate said pay $42, asked her to contact Tim in Finance because he authorized difference. Then Service Manager (he did not state his name) came out and raised his voice at me, hushed me when I tried to talk and pointed his finger in my face and was very rude. I asked where car was located and attendant said would send someone to get it. Five minutes later service employee drove car around building and squealed the tires of my car right in front of me. There was a chemical soaked shop rag sitting on my daughters child safety seat and the seat was now damp. Car still smells like chemical soaked rag even after removing child safety seat and having to replace it with another. More
