We bought our first Toyota from Fredericktown Toyota in December 1987. Since then we bought 6 more Toyotas though they became DARCARS. The reason was very simple - the service provided by the service dept. December 1987. Since then we bought 6 more Toyotas though they became DARCARS. The reason was very simple - the service provided by the service dept. starting with Mr. Ed Auge who was extermely honest, and would never recommend unnecessary repairs. Unfortunately he decided to retire when the mega conmglomorate took over. Fortunaltely Mr. Steve Farley and Mr. Doug Rice continued his tradition, and we are very lucky to have Mr. Barber at the helm, who is following the honest tradtion of a small dealership. DARCARS needs to realize that Customer Service and Repeat Cuastomers are extermely important and need to acknowledge the service and leadership provided by Mr. Barber, and the service of Mr. Tim ___ who is also in sync with this philosophy, and the reason we go back to them. At one time we tried to deal with 355 Toyota and Fitzerald and it was no contest. Fredericktown Toyota now DRACARS won hands down every time due to the Service Dept. We very much apreciate the extra efforts by Mr Jason Barber and Mr. Tim _ who take the time to explain all the service needs of our vehicles, and take care of our vehicles and us the Customer. I have never in 30 plus years of car buying had such an enjoyable experience. NO PRESSURE. Jason did a great job!! I took a day off work specifically to find a more family-friendly vehicle and planned to buy one that day. It was a miserable rainy day but Jason didn't seem to mind. Vincent was the Manager that covered while Jason had to run to the other Frederick location to help another customer and he treated me the same way. It was friendly and pressure-free. I felt that my trade-in value was at a fair price and they reduced the other vehicle's price as well. I had a quick, painfree experience with Jason. And to top it off, because I am very particular person, I ask Jason if they would be able to detail/shampoo the vehicle again and he gladly accommodated me. I will keep Jason in mind for my next vehicle. Thanks!! More

I consider myself to be a thrifty kind of guy, so selling me a car is not an easy task. However, I walked into DARCARS TOYOTA in Frederick and was fortunate to meet a salesman named Chris. I told him right o me a car is not an easy task. However, I walked into DARCARS TOYOTA in Frederick and was fortunate to meet a salesman named Chris. I told him right off the bat, I want a car that gives me good gas mileage and I am not pay a fortune for it. He asked me some more questions, went over some figures and I walked out with a brand new corolla. That guy was good, understood my needs and worked within my budget. It was good talking to someone who worked within my means and didn't pressure me. I am very satisfied with my red corolla and when ready, will return to him for my next Toyota. More
We decided to purchase our fourth Toyota after a recent accident in which our Camry was totaled but our family was relatively unharmed. We shopped over 15 dealerships via internet pricing and eventually called 5 of them for final negotiations. We spoke with Jeff Croteau at DARCARS on the phone and he was very personable while helping us locate a new Highlander with the options we desired. Once we found the vehicle we wanted, DARCARS presented a very attractive price with their initial offer which eliminated the haggling process. We came to the dealership with our 3 kids in tow to sign all the paperwork. While we were working with Bill Duque to finalize the paperwork, Jeff willingly entertained our kids by giving them a tour of the facility, playing hide-and-go seek, and introducing them to other staff members. Bill highlighted the benefits of the warranty and service plans without any high pressure tactics. We purchased the 5 year service plan as we believe it is a financially sound investment. The whole experience at the dealership was great and the easiest car buying process we have ever had. Thanks Jeff and Bill! More
Overall a good buying experience. We always stress before making big purchases, but Mike in the finance dept. was a great help. John, our sales guy, was very helpful and helped us find the right mode before making big purchases, but Mike in the finance dept. was a great help. He did not seem to put our needs as a priority- especially when it came to how much money we were spending. Other than that, the experience was about as good as it can get for buying a car. More
