The finance officer, Sasan Nevai, was also very freindly and knowledgeable. He explained the whole financial process to us as well as options that were available to maintain our new Toyota. During our time at the dealership, it was very busy with numerous customers. But in spite of this, everyone we encountered were professional and friendly. Overall, our time at the dealership was a great car buying experience and I would highly recommend Darcars Toyota of Frederick to my freinds. In fact, I am contemplating returning with one of my other vehicles for trade in on a new Toyota. More

I have been a customer of Darcars Toyota of Frederick since i purchased my Prius in 2004. Andy, on the Green team, has been a friendly face and a more than competent service representative since joining since i purchased my Prius in 2004. Andy always makes time to be certain every aspect of my vehicle's maintenance is accounted for and I have never had an issue with any work needing to be redone or revisited. Not only does Andy make sure that the Green team knows exactly what is being done to my vehicle on any given visit, he also checks for any outstanding recall issues, all while carrying on polite conversation about how my life and family are, and more over, he remembers details from one visit to the next. This level of investment in customers is more than just customer service, it is caring. I have observed how various service representatives interact with customers as I am waiting my turn, and it is impressive how well even the most difficult customers are treated by Darcars employees. Being a regular and consistent service customer, I often find myself being granted favors for little things that they could very well nickel and dime me with, but instead, throw in pro-bono. when running a cost-benefit analysis including time/effort saved versus money spent, the price is well worth it, and i come out in the black every visit! I recommend Darcars Toyota of Frederick to everyone i know (and also push hybrids) as well as the Darcars Toyota of Frederick service department.
