I went to this dealership because I was in the area to meet a friend from Pennsylvania for lunch (I live in Bethesda, and Frederick is halfway between our homes), my 2007 Camry's warning lights had come o meet a friend from Pennsylvania for lunch (I live in Bethesda, and Frederick is halfway between our homes), my 2007 Camry's warning lights had come on (to check the VSC), and they were closest to where I had parked for lunch. They were unknown to me: I had not used their service department previously, nor had I opportunity to research their customer ratings. Both men were helpful, courteous, and fully explained the process and diagnosis. Kenny gave me a time estimate for how long it would take to diagnose the specific problem, and it was accurate. When the diagnosis was complete, Kenny brought me to Jason, who explained the reason for the repair and why the manifolds must also be replaced on my 2007 Camry (6 cyl.) The estimate was $1,800. Kenny had been pro-active on my behalf to see if Jason might be able to offer assistance on the repair bill. (I'm on a fixed income due to disability.) Jason was also quick to perceive my situation, and wanted to help. He had encountered similar situations within his family, and my car's warranty had only recently expired. I'm so grateful that Kenny and Jason were willing and able to offer assistance with the bill. I'm looking forward to returning next week, after the ordered parts arrive, to have the repair completed, and am confident that the work will be done accurately and on time. More
Due to my busy schedule I had to cancel numerous appointments. On two occassions i made a last minute call to the Darcars Toyota of Frederick service department. I spoke with Mr. Adrian Garcia and h appointments. On two occassions i made a last minute call to the Darcars Toyota of Frederick service department. I spoke with Mr. Adrian Garcia and he accomodated me in at the last minute. Mr. Garcia not only courteously met me at the door but had me sit in his office and professional explained the process my car will be going through, future maintanance and car of my corolla. He escorted me back to the waiting area and advised me he will come get me when my car was ready. He returned a short time later to advise me my car was ready and they also included a complementary car wash. On my second visit Mr. Garcia remembered my name and greeted me warmly at the door once again. We went over as to my reason (routine oil change)for servicing and he also mentioned he had noticed a headlight out on my car as i was coming in. I would like to commend Mr. Garcia and the entire Darcars Toyota Service team for their Courtesy and Prefessionalisim. With no pressure exerted we plodded thru our decisions about the car we wanted. We had an excellent test ride of both the Toyota Camary and the Avalon Limited. The Avalon suited us very well, mostly for the quiet, smooth, easy handling ride. I appreciated that the salesman had an established test route. The Financial Officer, Mike O'Brien was very helpful and obviously very experienced. He made our cruise through the world of paperwork a breeze. More

I went looking for a car and was initially thinking about a van. In my search, I first went to a GMAC dealer and was completely dissatisfied with the way I was treated. I then went to a Honda dealer who basically ignored me. Next, I went to Dar Cars and encountered Jason and was impressed with how nice and helpful he was, showing me a good possibility for a vehicle. When I can back a few days later, this time in search of a car, I asked for Jason and he was professional and patient as I went through my process of deciding which vehicle was the right one for me. He worked the figures repeatedly until I we got it right. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership, and Jason in particular, to anyone I know. Excellent salesman, John Kutchak, showed my wife all about the Prius and how to drive it. He met our price, the loan officer met the financing we had arranged, and he took care of all the paperwork i about the Prius and how to drive it. I've been to Darcars several times for both of my vehicles and would recommend them to anyone needing service. I had an issue fifteen minutes before they closed one day and they asked a mechanic to vehicles and would recommend them to anyone needing service. I had an issue fifteen minutes before they closed one day and they asked a mechanic to stay and ensure my problem was taken care of right away! For any inconvenience I may have encountered they offered me a free car wash/detail! Chris is ALWAYS extremely polite and helpful and stays on top of the service folks to ensure I'm done on time! More
