I recently purchased a new Tacoma from Darcars, Frederick. Salesman Chris Santiagao was a true pleasure to work with. Josh Gillions provided a wonderful car buying experience. He made sure I was happy with the vehicle, the price, the financing, trade-in value for my old car, and with Toyota overall. After I purchased the car, I had some questions about the car payments, and stopped by the dealership. Josh stopped what he was doing and came over to help me with my questions. They were very professional, personable and straight to the point. We called and discussed over the phone pricing for the car they had in their inventory and bought the car that same day. It was by far one of the easiest car buying transactions that I have experienced. They gave us a detailed overview of our new vehicle and offered to take us on a tour of their repair shop but it was closed due us purchasing the car late in the evening. They were very accomodating and stayed to complete our transaction even as the dealership was closed. More
