I bought my first Toyota (Corolla) from Darcars in 1996. I bought my current Toyota (Camry), new, in February 2006. Seyed Mirhadi (Nima, as we call him), started taking care of the service details around 20 I bought my current Toyota (Camry), new, in February 2006. Seyed Mirhadi (Nima, as we call him), started taking care of the service details around 2007. Since then I always request him when I call for service. He has always been polite, helpful, and honest. I took my car in last week for routine service and they found a major part which needed to be replaced; it would have cost me over $900. Nima checked my records and found that I was only 17 days past the warranty date. He checked with his supervisor, called me back, and told me that Darcars would take care of it. Nima made a special effort to help me with this unexpected expense. It’s nice to know that he looks out for his customers. More

My son went to high school with Jason Vaughn and said he was a reliable individual. I initially contacted Jason via phone and told him the exact car I was looking to purchase (2011 Avalon Limited fully equ was a reliable individual. This is my third Toyota of my life. The first two I bought from Fitzgerald Automall. Although the haggle-free pricing is good, I am so glad I stumbled into Darcars of Frederick. He treated me with respect, kindness and I felt that he did really have my interest in mind. He listened to me and really tried to help me out, never pushy. The Finance Department was also great. We worked with Patrick Lockett buying a "nearly new" Camry. Patrick's knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. I'd recommend this shop to anyone, I go there which is an hour drive at least from my school/apartment if i'm not at my home. More

Chris Santiago is easily one of the most professional and courteous salesperson with whom I have had the opportunity of doing business.
