This is my third Toyota of my life. The first two I bought from Fitzgerald Automall. Although the haggle-free pricing is good, I am so glad I stumbled into Darcars of Frederick. Their friendliness and customer service far superseded my expectations. Kent, my sales person, is wonderful! He treated me with respect, kindness and I felt that he did really have my interest in mind. He listened to me and really tried to help me out, never pushy. The Finance Department was also great. They were able to approve me with a rate I could not believe! I would defenatly not only recommend this Dealership but recommend working with Kent Swanson. We worked with Patrick Lockett buying a "nearly new" Camry. Patrick's knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. I'd recommend this shop to anyone, I go there which is an hour drive at least from my school/apartment if i'm not at my home. More

Flew up from Miami to purchase 2010 Prius III. Carcar was over $2,000 cheaper than the comparable cars in Miami. Very good experience over all. Car could have been cleaner when picked up.
