Diko Tatarian from the pre-owned sales department made us feel at home. Definitely the greatest buying experience for us hands down! No pressure and was very courteous. I test drove a lot of cars on different days and took my sweetest time to decide. I am just extremely pleasant with the overall experience from the sales team all the way to finance! If you want a real customer service experience, you should go buy your next car from them. I guarantee you will have the most wonderful buying experience. Excellent assistance from salesperson all the way through to the finance dept. We were given the opportunity to test drive 2 vehicles one was a Toyota Rav 4 and the other was a Subaru Forester--both 2018, s to the finance dept. We were given the opportunity to test drive 2 vehicles one was a Toyota Rav 4 and the other was a Subaru Forester--both 2018, similar miles, price range was within $1000 of each other. We were trading in a 2015 Ford CMax. The experience was stress free and I felt like I got an excellent deal even though I chose not to go with the Toyota. Staff was kind, friendly and not pushy. More

Edward was super friendly and exceptionally efficient and quick to check us out in the finance department. Our salesman, Todd, is not on the list, or I would have given him 5 stars as well. Buying my first car was a rather daunting task, especially since I didn't have a credit history; and to be frank, my father isn't particularly well versed when it comes to buying a vehicle. Donnie especially since I didn't have a credit history; and to be frank, my father isn't particularly well versed when it comes to buying a vehicle. Donnie was easygoing but not so casual that I felt as if he wasn't going to take care of me-- and he came through on that front. The car he sold me was also on a steep discount from its original asking price, so buying it was an easy choice. I ended up financing through their financing department as well; and Firoov made everything relatively easy for me to understand, despite myself personally having little to no comprehension of finances. With my lack of a score, interest rates were through the roof, but he managed to haggle them down far enough to get my monthly payments over $100 less than the bank was originally asking for! The staff is welcoming and patient, and the interior of the main building itself has a very impressive atmosphere. In case you're reading and we're still in times of pandemic, all staff were abiding by Covid-19 rules, wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and all desks had shields between customers and employees. All-in-all I had a great experience and will be returning for more than maintenance in the future. More

very dishonest, Donnie moulton we feel purposely lied and tried to deceive us by misquoting the patriot act to access our finances and social security numbers, i googled to see if it was truly ‘the law’ that tried to deceive us by misquoting the patriot act to access our finances and social security numbers, i googled to see if it was truly ‘the law’ that we had to fill out a credit application when we didn’t need credit finance,we were paying in full with a check,I read that only shady dealers do that so they can upsell a more expensive car on finance, I caught him out and told him he was lying I read the article to him and we decided to leave,of course he later apologized profusely in writing, his sales director I feel should have sent him home, that would have made us feel that they took transparency and reputation seriously and we would have bought the truck.also it would have been a message to the other salesman that shady dealings are not permitted. I think it’s actually breaking the social security laws to deceive or mislead someone in order to gain their private financial info and social security numbers. his director agreed that mr moulton did wrong and had been spoken to, but he wasn’t suspended because he has three kids ?? We chose not to purchase the vehicle More
