However the experience here was different. Our sales consultant was Ralph Regan and he greeted us with a smile and showed us around. When we settled on the choice of car, he explained the details to us and made sure we understood. Everyone there was just so friendly that in a way it was unexpected. Had a great experience with this dealership. They didn't have the car we wanted, but were in a competition with the Honda dealer next door. They gave us a deal on an automatic carolla for the same price as have the car we wanted, but were in a competition with the Honda dealer next door. We just bought a new Toyota 4-Runner this evening from Mr. Sasan Nevai and couldn't be more happier! Sasan was understanding in that it took us a few days to make our decision, knowledgeable in that he told us about every component in the new 4-runner, and respectful that he didn't push us to make any decision we were not comfortable with. In addition, he worked extra hard to get a DVD player installed into our new car for my two children. He could have just sold the car, and let us wait for it to be insalled at a later date. However, he made several calls in our favor to get the DVD player installed, and it was today. My brother (Damon Flynn) purchased his last car here and told me it was a great experience. I can now speak first hand as well and recommend this dealer to anybody. More
