Everyone was great, but trade-in value was too low (traded in a leased Prius that had been leased from same dealer). Their used car dept offered $1000 more for this Prius than the new car dealer. I realized this after looking over sales contract and other estimates. I leased the new Rave4 when Toyota's reputation was at a low point because I believe in their cars and have alwasy had good experiences with them, including with the 2009 Prius. I traded in the Prius becasue it had 19,000 miles in only the first year and it had now been powerful enough in the heavy snows we had this past winter in maryland. I needed 4WD and a larger vehicle. In fact I had traded in a leased Rav4 for the Prius with this dealer in 2009. More
