The dealership had exactly the car we were looking for. They offered a good price, added a presidents' Day discount, and matched a competing offer for our trade in. The sales staff (Joe and Paul) were courteous and knowledgeable, and offered honest praise and valid criticism on competing models and dealerships. The salesman (Joe) did a thorough in-service training on the technology-laden vehicle. The only negative aspect was negotiating the price of the Toyota Care extended warranty, where they started with an unrealistically high price them started subtracting numerous discounts, some of which we don't even qualify for. Why not just quote a true bottom line up front? More
