Best experience of my life. Mike was great. I always dread going to dealerships so I really didnt enjoy the thought of having to go. When I arrived, Mike greeted me and was very Mike was great. Car shopping at its best. I found my dream car at Darcars. My experience at Darcars was excellent. We were greeted in a friendly way by Quame Odum who determined what type of vehicle I needed. Originally I did not know that I could afford a new car as opposed to a used vehicle. Because of his knowledge and good salesmanship I bought the Corolla because it is the perfect car for me. The next week Carrie helped get my phone set up because Quame was off that day. I am happy that I walked into Darcars of Frederick. It is a great place to buy a car. More

Awesome experience from beginning to end Kwame Odum was responsive to my needs for scheduling my Camry purchase. I was in by 7 and done by 9.pm. On top of it all, he helped me get better acquainted with my car (having come from driving a 2003 Toyota Corolla to a 2019 Toyota Camry, there was a big difference in features). Additionally, their finance guy, Firooz was amazing - he broke down all the numbers for me, explained the core reasons for certain coverages and helped me take advantage of many opportunities that I didn't realize I had. Sam Sells Another Toyota! We bought a new 2016 Rav4 from Sam a couple years ago. He was great then and just as good now when we bought a new 2019 Toyota Tacoma. He was professional, no pushy sales tactics, down to earth, honest, and listened carefully to what we were looking for. He walked us through the entire sales process. The other staff were very helpful also. This dealership is also very pro family and go out of there way to help children be comfortable. We will be going back for our next car from Sam!
